Northwest Medical Center's Cardiac Center is a nationally recognized program for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases offering state-of-the-art-technology in diagnostic and interventional catheterization, echocardiography, EKG, PFT, and offering services in chest pain observation, stress testing, and nuclear cardiology.
- non-invasive cardiac testing, including EKG, cardiac stress testing and state-of-the-art digital echocardiography procedures. Pulmonary services include pulmonary function testing, bronchoscopy, arterial blood gas evaluation and respiratory care procedures. - post-cardiac event rehabilitaion services, supervised exercise, weekly education classes for risk factor modification, living with heart disease, counseling services for nutrition and diet, Congestive Heart Failure Clinic. -Coronary Artery Bypass surgery, endoscopic vein harvesting for cardiac procedures, angioplasty, stents, Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD) screening, treatment, education and counseling.
